The RC example now sweeps R1 (+-5%) and C1 (+-10%) extremes, reads the
pole off each transient (tau = 1 - 1/e crossing, fc = 1/(2*pi*tau)),
overlays the analytic scipy.signal step response per corner, and adds
a Bode plot of H(s) = 1/(1 + sRC) with pole/cutoff comparison table.

rc_lp.cir + rc_lp.py: 5 V step into 1k + 100n, prints V(out) at one
time constant and writes a plot. README updated for netlist support;

A netlist input is used as-is instead of shelling out to kicad-cli;
the netlist edits, probes and results API are unchanged. Also append
the analysis lines when a netlist has no .end.

Single-file framework: kicad-cli netlist export, netlist edits, ngspice
batch runs, results as numpy arrays by schematic name; test-case and
corner-sweep helpers. Plus micromamba env (kicad_work), README, gitignore.
